Can't believe they call a penalty shot there. Its 1-1 looking good and in extra time with only a few minutes left the refs totally blow the game for the USA and my bet. I have seen it many times there is no way that should have been a penalty. Even with that tough break the USA still could have over come it. I don't like Arena's mindset they are down 1-2 at half with nothing to lose and he doesnt have them attack agressively till the 60th minute. He should have brought in Eddie Johnson much earlier. Maybe Im being to critical but I didn't see what all the talk about Donavan was. He really never showed anything special.

As the bettor you will never love nor hate the refs in ANY SPORT. It depends on which side of the bet you're on and is just a part of the nature of what we do to make that extra pocket change. That's at least how I feel regarding the refs. I know you're just blowing steam though.
Regarding Donovan, here's my thoughts on the kid. First off, he plays in the states in MLS where he IS a star, where he IS THE SHIT. But when it comes time to play on the international stage, with global fans/global world class players, he fuckin chokes --- BIG TIME CHOKES. He's definitely got the talent though, but in my eyes he just doesn't have what it takes to go play at any powerhouse Euro club.
